  • Is it possible to get help making a stand alone restaurant reservation?
    Yes, since we are connected with most restaurants in Stockholm this is a frequent request from our customers. We are able to help you out with this and the service fee is 500Sek. Preferably paid through a payment link.
  • How far in advance do you need my request?
    There is no specific requirement for this, get in touch for more details.
  • How do you handle my privacy?
    Your privacy is of absolute essence to us! Not only we of course follow the unwritten laws of privacy that is part of the Concierge crafmanship, we also have NDA agreements in place with our partner network.
  • What geographical area do we operate?
    Our primary city where we have all needed insights, connections and partners is Stockholm. However don´t hesitate to ask us to help you out in other cities as London, New York, Paris and more. We are very well connected with both partners and concierges across the world.
  • Payment alternatives
    One appreciated service we offer is for you to pay for everything only using one transaction. This could for instance be a combination of hotels, transfers, restaurants and other activities. The way we offer to settle that transaction is: - Regular company invoice - All major credit cards through online payment link or payment terminal
  • Do I have to be a member to benefit form your services?
    No, we are an independent executive concierge company and we are there for all clients. Our regulars tend to become more like family which could be seen as a sort of membership.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes, get in touch and we will help you with that.
